Being Able to toggle between selecting All Anchor Points on a Selected Object and All Objects
Hitting Apple+A (or Control+A) to be able to select all Anchor Points on the Currently selected object and toggle between this and selecting all points on all layers

And I’m against of putting this mode to the same shortcut. A separate one maybe.

Onur, meanwhile you can use a trick and execute 'Select inverse' twice. Put it into an action and it will work just like you want 'Select all' to work for points.
