Disintegrate Tool

Just like we have Crystallize and Wrinkle tools, can we have a tool along with it to disintegrate the edge of a shape? Thanks a lot

Mohammed, 'Disintegrate' is a broad enough term to interpret... what should this tool do? How should it define an edge, where it ends, etc.?
Can you please show a mockup?
