Ali, there is an amazing free plugin called Mesh Tormentor (http://www.meshtormentor.com) that allows this (the Mona Lisa button) and many more — you are going to love meshes after realizing how many operations are possible with it.

Hi all!
Recently, an idea came to my mind that makes working with gradient mesh meaningless to me.
I make this suggestion to Adobe and I hope it answers whether this suggestion is practical or not.
When we create a mesh with many dots on an image to turn it into a vector, is it possible to make settings for the mesh to do the sampling automatically, i.e. for each sampling point from The following pixels are done at the same point.
Is it possible to do this in future versions?
