Make Numpad targetable for shortcuts (not the same as above letters normal numbers)
Let we assign different shortcuts for the numpad than the normal numbers. I tried to assign and some doesn't work even when they don't conflict with other shortcuts.

While I find this idea interesting and vote for it, I must notice that it will break workflow for those who already use Numpad as is. So initially all commands would have to be duplicated.
