A dedicated team, that has no influence over 'real' technical problems that other dedicated teams are in charge of, make these changes happen.
My task, for example, is to validate requests and help devs to prioritize resources.
Your request ...is not that useful. Still I respond you! :)
And as far as I know, Illustrator never made changes about inclusivity... InDesign did, replacing 'masters' with 'parents'. So it's a double miss.
