pointer
I am told I am the only one ever to have this problem in adobe illustrator. But the tool " pointer " is sticking, I am unable to use it. The hand grab tool is on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I can't do projects or lessons unless it is fixed. It is important to me because I am in class to learn Illustrator and I cannot go any further unless it works. I have called adobe with no answer or person to talk to. I have spoken with my teachers and they told me to do this and call Adobe Enterprise to report and tell them I am affiliated with the school. Do you have a solution and can you help me asap so I can do my lessons? thank you
We have looked at every option. No idea how to fix it.

Lisa, I see no difference between screenshots except for the small copy of a screen in the bottom right corner.
Also I do not clearly get the problem.
You mean you can't pick another tool? Not a single one except for the Pan (Hand) tool? Or the tool does not pick anything? Have you tried to install a previous version? Is this the fresh installation or it worked fine before?
