Remove round corner minimum angle limit
Please allow for round corner angle threshold control via Preferences. The very common issue I have all the time is being unable to round corners with angles smaller than some hardcoded threshold.
Not a big issue rally on simple trivial geometry where you can workaround by manually constructing the round corner. But in my field I have to constantly deal with large complex paths needing all corners rounded regardless of angle.
I always have to resort to exporting geometry to SVG, rounding corners in Corel or Affinity which don't have the said minimal angle limit, import back to AI and move on. A controllable angle threshold in preferences dialog or any other method will help a lot!

I’m not getting an issue like this with AG’s DC... No tolerance is getting applied even to smallest angles. Perhaps you should share the file for them to look at. Contact them via the form (https://astutegraphics.com/contact-us) or join their Slack community (https://astutegraphics.com/community) — this is faster.
And no, they use their own tech and a separate approach.
However, I get some cases where one does better than the other, and sometimes native do better, and sometimes AG handles it properly...

Been there. Seen that. Same issue precisely with AstuteGraphics DynamicCorners. Even the same min corner angle threshold value as stock AI Live Corners it seems. Wonder if DynamicCorners plugin is using some internal AI corners API as the limitation is identical.
Any other ideas please? I can do either JS scripting and native SDK plugins but having researched the AI API I don't see any way to access AI Live Corner functionality. Apparently the only way is manually from UI :(
To not be confused with Stylize -> Round Corners filter which is a totally different thing and doesn't work with anything but straight line corners.

You might want to try DynamicCorners by AstuteGraphics. The plugin is paid, but it’s great.
