Optimization of Rounded Rectangle in Illustrator Effects
When using the Rounded Rectangle of Illustrator Effects, I hope that the upper and lower values can be set separately, because when this effect is applied to text, the upper and lower heights are not even.

@HINA, this happens because this effect measure the bounding box for a live text based on its Em / ICF box (to include ascenders and descenders and ensure the size stays the same no meter if a text has character with these or not). Usually the metrics of many fonts dictate these to be not exactly symmetrical, and this lead to unequal margins. But that’s how fonts are built.
But you can force Illustrator to use the tight bounds of the characters instead, if you apply the Outline Object effect before Rectangle.
Another option would be to use The Transform effect to shift the rectangle slightly.
