Increase selection tolerance
The selection tolerance maximum is 8px. My laptop has a 4k screen making 8px less than 1/64 of an inch. It's almost impossible for me to select lines in Illustrator with this small of a tolerance.

adobe cs6 have not this issue, but happened in 2025.
We pay annual fee for a bad product?

This is a bug that needs to be resolved. I ran a test on 4 differents screens (a 4k tablet, 2 4k screen, and a 72 dpi screen) and the behavior is inconsistent. Having 8px selection tolerance set up doesn't change anything. Some of us needs to always clic EXACTLY on the path/anchors points.
4k tablet : Success
4k display : Not working
72 dpi screen : Not working
4k laptop screen : Not workingThis issue has been adressed many times on uservoice/adobe forums/reddit since many years make simples tasks very tedious.
Adobe please do something about it
