Support architectural standards for arrow styles for Dimension tool
When the arrow style #21 is written on a drawing, it is marked inside the dimension extension line. International architectural drawing standards require that the mark be placed at the intersection of the extension line and the dimension line. Please improve this.

Hi Adobe team,
I’ve been using the new Dimension tool in Illustrator 2025 for architectural and elevation drawings, and it's been a really helpful addition—especially for quick dimensioning without switching tools.
In my workflow, I usually prefer to use Dot (Arrowhead 21) instead of traditional arrows. This helps maintain visual consistency with CAD-based drawings and standard technical formats.
The issue is: unlike the Stroke panel, the Dimension tool doesn’t offer any alignment control for Dot markers. There's no way to shift the Dot inside, outside, or centered on the path. This often makes the marker appear slightly off and visually unbalanced, especially in technical layouts.
It’s a subtle detail, but in elevation drawings, this kind of visual inconsistency becomes quite noticeable.
Would it be possible to bring the same alignment options (as found in the Stroke panel) into the Dimension tool—at least for Arrowhead 21 (Dot)?
This would really help maintain visual clarity and improve compatibility with existing CAD drawing standards. Thanks so much for considering this!

The Dimension Tool Options should include an “Align Options” setting for Extension Lines.
寸法ツールオプションの寸法補助線には「先端位置」の設定が必須です。
