The file I shared can’t be recreated 100% with Phantasm plugin actually... but it can help with the other things like this.
The request you made differs enough form the larger one, yes, so let’s keep it separate.

I found it very interesting that "radial_array_test.ai" can be created with "Phantasm."
This expression is important to me, but it may not be important to many others.
The feature request you mentioned seems to be related to halftones, but it seems different from my request.
(Since I mostly use translation services, I may not fully understand it.)
If it’s just a place to casually record the features I want, I would prefer it to remain separate without being integrated.
If this doesn’t align with the purpose of the request service, I am fine with it being integrated. -
There is a particular plugin that can help with this, Phantasm, with it’s Halftone effect...
But it’s somewhat limited, and won’t be able to recreate all of these (at least for now)
I presume all examples at the shared page were crafted using dashes, blends, native effects.
Take a look at the file attached where I try to remake the top right one.So the request is quite valid, but I can’t say it's crucial...
There is a much larger request about Vector Halftones in general http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/36738040 — would you say yours one can be merged into it, or do you think it’s specialized enough to be treated as a separate request?
