Scaling is messed up for the effect tab and font tab
The effects tab won’t scale to a larger size like 200% when on a small drawing display, the font tab also has problem with not shrinking down and stays too large clipping into the secondary screen. Can you please fix these two things?

There is an existing request about certain UI elements being smaller than others on HiDPI displays and with non-100% OS scaling. This happens only on Windows and because this specific menu uses captions in it: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/36951433
Effect Gallery is too small as well: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/31048258As for the Font Browser trying to pop upwards... This most probably happens because your display at the bottom doesn’t have enough space to fit the standard height of the dropdown below the field, and it has to be opened up.
Same happens with panel’s menus, context menu, any menu. Since Windows sees these too as a shared display space, Ai can’t tell if it the seam would obstruct using it.
But I believe this is something that could been done... Upvoting
