Image Trace needs 'Simplify' option we can disable

Image Trace is still not functioning properly. The 'Simplify' feature is still missing. Forcing Simplify should not be allowed.

    In Illustrator 2025 and 2026, the “Simplify” checkbox in Image Trace is gone, and automatic simplification destroys brush details. The sliders (Paths, Corners, Noise) do not preserve the precision we had in 2024.
    Please bring back the “Simplify” checkbox — it’s critical for professional brush-to-vector workflows.

    Image Trace now has "Simplify" on by default now and no option to turn it off like earlier versions (used to have a "simplify" check box.

    Quality is woeful on even relatively simple black and white hand drawn art.

    The tracing no longer has the option to disable the ‘simplify’ checkbox.
