このサイトも同様の仕様ですが、プルダウンメニューが背景と文字の濃度が差悪く、視認性が酷い。photoshopなどは問題ない！イラストレーターのみ見にくい！迅速に対応ください。

The problem got solved with toggling the 'Reduce transparency' option.

After looking into the cause again, I found that “Reduce transparency” had been set to OFF without me realizing it, and that alone was affecting the application. My apologies. I’ll delete this later. -
Sorry, if I get this wrong, but do you mean contrast in top menus (as in the screenshot), or somethings else? Can you share the way these look in other places, in other apps?
