Random image being added while editing a text box
I'm using Illustrator and a random image is added while I'm editing text. It deselects the item I'm editing and creates an image out of nowhere.

Matheus, can you please check this: locate your document profiles and see if any has this image placed within. These are what Ai uses to base all new documents on, at there were reports that accidentally saving an image in these could lead to them popping up later (accidental saves happen because sometimes Ai fails to recover a document after crashing and for some reason opened the actual profiles instead).
These profiles on Window should be located somewhere here (if you have the latest build and the default install location):
C:\Users\ [username] \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 30 Settings\ [locale] \x64\New Document Profiles\Another way to locate the exact folder you need would be to call File > New, scroll the right part to expose the More Settings button, and in the Profile dropdown choose 'Browse...'
Yet another way would be to install the amazing Everything search for a '*print.ai', to instantly find the folders :)Please check each doc in the folder and comment back if any has the image in any layer within.
If nothing — it might be a completely new bug. -

Hello Egor,
I do recognize the image, I have worked on it before, but it was a long time ago. It is only in my Adobe library, and it is in the cloud. But it's not in my clipboard history and I don't have any other tools either. -
This is really odd. Please tell more.
Do you recognize this image? Was it ever something that you worked on?
Is this a cloud document or a local one?
Are you sure it’s not something that you have in you clipboard? Do you have Clipboard History enabled (Win + V)? Do you have any other clipboard managers installed?
