Don't put Turntable button into the Transform panel

The Turntable button should not be in the Transform panel at all. You might as well put the 3D Revolve option and other transformation effects in there.

The Turntable butto is still there in Beta 30.8.89. You will not see it initially, but it appears when you have an object selected.
