Multiple artboards can be created while creating a document or from artboard.

You tap the artboard tool and then the add artboard button that appears under the centre of the page. Zoom out and you can see the new artboard. If you've still got the artboard tool selected you can move it in to place.

Multiple artboards are already there in the builds. You can add multiple artboards while creating a new document or using artboard tool in the document
