Add guides and rulers to Illustrator iPad. It is very difficult to align objects and layouts accurately without them!

Adding guides to the ruler would be great also.

I would like the rulers to be both on top and on the side as it is on the desktop version.

Having rulers on the side of the document would help a ton. Either how it's done in the Illustrator desktop app or in other iPad apps such as Vectornator.
