Illustrator Beta has a bug when using Mockup
When Mockup is selected in the Adobe Illustrator (Beta), there is an error message:
The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [PARM]

Also the ai file which you have shared has linked Image. Please share the asset or share the ai file which has image embedded inside it -

Hi, thanks for your reply. I was trying out this new feature with a random image and a vector file. Similar incident as Ken, the image and file disappeared or became transparent after the error message.
The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [STEX]I'm using Windows 10 Pro ,OS build 19045.3208, processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 0 @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz and 16GB ram.

Hello, I'm having the same Error. I get the unknown error message twice. Then Objects seems to process but then items go transparent.

Benjamin, does it happen with a certain artwork only, or with any other set you try?
Do you have something work form making a mockup at all?
Can you please share a test file for the team to look at?
What are your full OS specs? (sometimes these problems can be setup-specific)
Please tell more, as much as possible.
