File only partially read: Urgent Help Needed
Hi,
I have been using Ai for over 10 years for work (using my company's account), and the beta version for about a year. Recently, I encountered an issue opening a master design file that is synced with Google Drive. The file was created and saved by me on the same device and software. I have never faced this issue before, so I doubt it's related to an internet or Google sync problem. Even if it is, I believe it should still be reported, as this is quite concerning. I am using the latest beta version, but the file was likely created with a version from two updates ago.
I have already tried re-downloading the file from the Google Drive browser and accessing older versions, but I still receive the same error message. When I open the file, it only displays an unembedded single image. This issue forces me to redo my entire design from scratch, which is extremely frustrating.
