Cursor keys not working
When trying to nudge an item using the cursor keys, nothing happens

Whenever this happens, check the Keyboard Increment value in Preferences > General. Since it’s the first focused field in the dialog, it’s quite easy to accidentally change in on opening it, especially with Magic Mouse... I’ve seen numerous reports about this getting set to 0,0001 pt (it can’t be set to 0), and this makes objects virtually 'immovable'.
I’m not sure if this is how this gets reset, sure, but that would be my guess.
