Egor, I've been digging deep on this to try to figure out what's making the differences for me. I think it stems back to the file setup origin. This is actually really hurting my brain because I'm finding some really intriguing things that I didn't realize before and I've been doing this for 16 years. It would be easiest to show you all that I've tested on a video call or something, but in summary:
    - Results of the swatch info change depending how I create the test file and what color space it is in
    - This affects whether the swatch name shows in CMYK or RGB
    - It also affects whether the CMYK values line up with the color name or not
    - It makes a difference whether I start with a "Print" doc template vs any other template (e.g. Mobile, Art & Illustration, Web) EVEN if I switch the document color mode to RGB in a Print document, or switch the color mode to CMYK in any of the other templates

Because of all these variables I'm not even sure what approach to take to try for consistent results at the moment... still brainstorming. I'm working in a primarily print design environment (branding, signs and vehicle graphics) with a team of about a dozen designers, so some of what I am bumping into may affect our whole color workflow

Egor, thanks for looking into this. I've done a little more testing and it seems this is an issue when the Ai document is in RGB color mode, but not when it is in CMYK color mode. And it's actually the numbers down below that are "off" on the CMYK values and not the numbers in the swatch name... The colors I'm using to test this are the 4 greens in the default swatches panel, see screenshot attached.

When I create a new document in CMYK color mode and try the same process, the color values match.

So excited about this feature being added! Have long wished for a native way to do this. Will save tons of time and tedium. Thank you!
After a quick review and testing, one thing I notice is that when the color is a process color, the swatch "name" that's generated at the top of the list is a CMYK value, but it's very rough/rounded up or down numbers. The actual CMYK values are displayed down in the list, but I'm afraid it may throw people off if they see the wrong values at the top. Is there a way to address that?
Also in some cases it might be nice to have an option to set the card color to black or gray instead of only white.
