    My version 24.2.1 crashes at launch. There is no option to select "OK" to get Problem Report For Adobe Illustrator - only "Send to Apple."

    I have the same problem - I updated to version 24.2.1 and it functioned for a few days, and now crashes at launch. I uninstalled it and re-installed but the same thing happens. Version 23.1.1 functions but of course I can not open any version 24.2.1 files. I am in the middle of a large project and deadlines so the matter is serious.

    MacBook Pro 2017, 10.14.6 (18G3020), 3.1 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
