    The solution is pushed into Global Availability build 28.6.

    The Previewed Page is now the default option for the dialog.

    posted in 2018 and still not fixed. this extra step stops me in my tracks so many times, absolutely one of the more frustrating issues in illustrator. "previewed page" is so obvious

    Available in 30.8.54 Beta build.

    Choose 'Auto find missing links from this folder' in the relink dialog's Replace dropdown when relinking a missing image. Illustrator scans the document and silently relinks every other missing link whose file name matches a file in the same folder, including all instances of the same image.

    so annoying this was first posted in 2017 and they still don't have this obvious feature!! especially in cases where the same file is used multiple times in one document, having to individually relink everything is infuriating
