Hello,Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience and disappointment the issue has caused. We do test our products thoroughly including running it through multiple beta testers and we really regret that this issue slipped past our quality checks.
We have a fix and is available in the pre-release build. Please visit https://adobe.ly/1o2SDsg and get the latest build for version 23.0.5 (Build 2). While the build is prerelease this build is still of production quality. Please feel free to use/recommend it for your day to day activity.

Having an issue on my HP spectre as well... I have the latest version of Adobe and my HP is brand new.. purchased this year. 8 gig installed ram, Intel i7, Intel Iris plus graphics. When I use the pen, or use tablet mode, it is very frustrating. There is a lot of glitches. Eventually Adobe will crash. I just got the year subscription for Adobe illustrator and I’m having a terrible time. Can you please fix this? we pay a lot of money to use this program.
