We have fixed the issue in AI version 25.2. Would request you to let us know in case you still run out into this issue.

I am also generating DXF files from Gerber software. This is software for making apparel and soft goods sewing patterns. I export the files as "standard DXF" files. The files import fine in v25.0, but not v 25.1.

updated to Illustrator v 25.1 today
Running Windows 10 on a Dell laptop
Working with .dxf files exported out of a different program. I normally open them in Illustrator to print them using scale to 100%, 1 to 1 unit in inches. It has worked great for the last few months. Today it refuses to convert the file to actual size. I think it is keeping it in pixels rather than inches. Something that was supposed to be 45" long by about 10" tall keeps coming up the size of my thumbnail. I tried previously converted dxf files that I had opened and printed last month without any problems. Now they too only open in tiny size.
