    Thank you, Egor. The smooth controls were in fact hidden behind my other panels. Works fine, now that I've found it!

    Still having the same problem in Illustrator 25.1

    Renamed 22 artboards in the artboards panel, saved file, closed file, reopened file only to find my custom names have reverted to generic artboard names.
