I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Caveman38 commentedAfter upgrading to 25.2, I have a system compatibility report saying "Unsupported Video Driver"
I have Intel Iris Pro 5200 graphics, which according to the published Illustrator system requirements is a "supported " graphics card.
I have been onto the Intel website and I have the latest driver installed.
Unfortunately Illustrator now crashes at least 4 times daily....

GPU rendering is switched off. The issue is still the same.
