    We have not been able to see this issue at our end. Need more information to have it resolved

    a) Is this happening on a new document or on an existing Ai document?
    b) Is this happening consistently – for each document?
    c) Please provide details about RAM and free space on iPad.
    d) If possible, if you can attach a video capturing the issue.

    Cam you guys please fix whatever is causing the **** app to crash on my iPad?? I am losing my mind and it’s wasting so much time!!
