Dear Egor,
I have to modify my answer, as the upload of the video failed. If you wish I can store it in my OneDrive shared area and send you the link.
Otherwise, I can detail what happens, already in the welcome "New File" box: I click in the data box, drag to the left, but the cursor does not move: it remains stuck in the box at the right. I don't have any other solution than to erase with the keyboard. The same phenomenon also occurs in all panels proposing very smartly the appropriate menu depending on what you are doing.
Let me know
Regards,

Below is my initial message:
Thank you very much for your rapid answer. Please find attached a short movie that I made with my phone.
You will see that I click in a field with my mouse, drag it to the left, but the cursor remains stuck at the right hand side, without highlighting the previous data. I make that twice in two different fields.
Hoping that this helps,
Regards
Pascal

I have the same problem, in spite of a powerful configuration: DELL XPS, Intel i9, 32 GB of RAM and NVidia Geforce RTX 4080.
This bug was absent from previous versions (29.x).
Please, Adobe, solve it urgently.
