    Yes! That's it. Looks like Google Drive is the problem.

    Hello Egor,
    The document is saved in a synched Google Drive Folder for collaboration purposes.

    I just realized something peculiar with the date: The last modification date is the date I created the version it opens (April 4). For some reason, it did not record the last version which I saved (April 14).

    On illustrator's homepage, the time changes every time I open it. It still shows the April 14th thumbnail on the homepage but brings the April 4th version when it is open.
