I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.1.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

ご指摘の内容に近い現象が、原因のように思えます。
ですが、「+, * ,# , - 」は、「入力中に箇条書きリストのレベルを自動変更」にチェックを入れると、自動で箇条書きになりました。チェックを入れないと箇条書きにはなりませんでした。
記号「●」は自動で箇条書きにはなりません。一つ一つ入力して、改行を削除した時だけ、記号「●」が自動的に消えます。改行を入力した時は、自動で箇条書きにはなりません。

普通の黒い丸印は、バグが発生しませんでした。
少し小さい黒い丸印（U+20dd SJIS :——）は、バグが発生します。
その他の記号を試しましたが、小さい黒い丸印だけ、バグが発生するようです。
（全書体は試していないです。）テキストファイルと、画面収録、字形パレットのスクリーンショットを添付します。

返信ありがとうございます。
「入力中に箇条書きリストのレベルを自動変更」のチェックを外しても解決しませんでした。
箇条書き、自動番号等の機能も使用していません。

テキストの改行を削除すると「●」が勝手に消えました。
同じところに改行を入力すると「●」が勝手に表示されました。
一度矢印ツールに変更してさわって動かしたり、他のところを選択したりすると、改行を入れた時のおかしい動作はなくなりました。アプリケーションを再起動しても同様に再現されます。
文字の間違えにつながってしまい危険なので改善をお願いします。
