   コメント失礼します。同様の現象が起こっております。
   windowsの設定でタスクバーを隠す設定にすると隠れていた部分が出てきますが、
   業務で使用する都合上、タスクバーが常に見えていないと時刻やチャットのステータスがわからずなかなかに不便です。譲歩できません。
   検証開始から半年ほど経過しているようですが、こちらの問題は未解決でしょうか？

   illustrator 2023 v27.1.1
