    Blank screen on start up and missed new features on new v. 27.6.1

    Hotfix v27.6.1 does not fix the issue for German language, Windows 10 Enterprise. Update from v27.5 to v27.6.1 done via Adobe Creative Desktop today. After Update same situation as it was after updating from 27.5 to 27.6.
    ->> loading of modules during startup fails, home screen totally blank, no welcome section, no new files will be processed, no new features to be seen.

    Re-roll to 27.5 via Adobe Creative Desktop was "successful"; Illustrator works, but personal home screen settings lost.
