Blank screen on start up and missed new features on new v. 27.6 (English language on Windows 10)
Just updated to the new version 27.6 in English language on Windows 10 pro, at the start up the home screen is totally blank (only the layout color instead of open, new file etc. buttons). Anyway I'm able to open files o new files from the menu. There is no trace of the new Ai features or of the other improvements coming with this new release. I tried both update from the previous version and install from scratch after cancelled the previous one but with no results.
We have rolled out a hotfix today - v27.6.1, which handles this issue. Please update your build to this latest version through Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

Blank screen on start up and missed new features on new v. 27.6.1
Hotfix v27.6.1 does not fix the issue for German language, Windows 10 Enterprise. Update from v27.5 to v27.6.1 done via Adobe Creative Desktop today. After Update same situation as it was after updating from 27.5 to 27.6.
->> loading of modules during startup fails, home screen totally blank, no welcome section, no new files will be processed, no new features to be seen.
Re-roll to 27.5 via Adobe Creative Desktop was "successful"; Illustrator works, but personal home screen settings lost. -

@Egor Chistyakov I tried to reset all the preferences as well the workspaces but nothing changes.
I found a second bug when trying to open an ai-file double clicking on it, so to reassume:1) After the start up the App shows a blank home page even if the preferences are correcty setted.
It's possible to open a file or create a new document from the file menu but not from the home page.Once a document is opened, the home page turns back available and you can switch from the workspace to the home page correctly (so the bugs occurs only at the start up).
2) With the App closed, if I double click on a ai-file, Illustrator will be correctly launched but after the start up it shows only the home page (in this case correctly) but doesn't open the ai-file.

What happens if you try to go Window > Workspace > Reset [workspace name]? What if you choose another workspace there at all?
