    Well, no, because I don't know how to download the english version of Illustrator Beta. In my CC panel there is only the Polish version.
    Please let me know where I can find it or post a link :)

    David which version did you choose?
    Because I understand that point 2 and 3 is a return to the standard version - this is not a solution.

    No

    I have a similar issue on one machine, but I don’t have it on the other one... toolbars are somewhat different across these.
    However, I never get any message like this on startup...

    When did it start happening?
    Sometimes when I start the program. Usually, the program starts without this error and without the toolbar. When I try to turn it on, this message appears.

    Which Ai version are you using?
    2023 Beta 28.0 7

    Does it happen for your custom toolbar or one of standard ones?
    None of the toolbars work and I can't enable anything. When I try to create my own after turning off the program it doesn't remember it.

    Are you able to create e new toolbar?
    Yes, but it doesn't save it after exiting the program

    Have you tried to reset Preferences? (here is an instruction: https://astutegraphics.com/support/tutorials-and-troubleshooting/resetting-illustrator-preferences)
