But please note that according to the instructions, ALL CC apps must be reinstalled, and ALL CC apps will then be in English. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be possible to change one app to English.

This happened when I loaded the Illustrator (Beta) (28.0) French version.

I'm unable to use Beta version because of this toolbar.
I'll install the english version too.

Edyta generally remains only the 1st option. Unfortunately, all CC apps have to be reinstalled, as far as I know. All CC apps will then be in English.

Because I understand that point 2 and 3 is a return to the standard version - this is not a solution.

This is a reported issue with the beta version. There are 3 workarounds for this problem:
1. Install the English version of Illustrator as an issue has been reported with non-English versions
2. Use the latest stable version of Illustrator
3. Use the latest pre-release version of Illustrator
