Your Adobe Customer Service Case ADB-30777824-M0G2
Good day,Thank you for your patience here. I have received the following message from our internal specialist department:
This is a reported issue with the beta version. There are 3 workarounds for this problem:
1. Install the English version of Illustrator as an issue has been reported with non-English versions
2. Use the latest stable version of Illustrator
3. Use the latest pre-release version of IllustratorPlease let me know if these workarounds are helpful to you and how you want to proceed from here. Thank you.
Best regards,

Please enter the following into Google:
"Change the language settings of your Creative Cloud apps"
And you will see the Adobe help article.
How to change the language settings of Creative Cloud apps
1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
2. Select the Account icon in the upper right, and then select Preferences.
3. Select Apps in the sidebar.
4. Select a language from the Default install language list.
5. Select Done to apply your changes.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to check the language change until the weekend.
But please note that according to the instructions, ALL CC apps must be reinstalled, and ALL CC apps will then be in English. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be possible to change one app to English.
