   1. お使いのオペレーティングシステムおよび Adobe Illustrator (デスクトップ版) のバージョン
   MacOS Ventura 13.5.2
   MacBook pro 14インチ　2021
   Apple M1 Pro
   Illustrator 2023（27.9）

   2. 問題が発生したときに実行していた手順
   Illustratorが起動されているMacをスリープさせ、スリープ復帰後、
   Illustrator上でカーソルを動かした際に必ずちらつきが発生。
   他のアプリケーションやFinderではちらつかない。

   3. 想定していた結果
   ちらつかずに作業できる

   4. 実際の結果
   カーソルを動かすたびにちらつく
