製品フィードバックへのご協力ありがとうございます。
ご報告いただいた「ver.25.3.1 でテキストに丸型線端の線幅が追加されると、半角スペースに点が表示される」問題を修正した、Illustrator 2021（ver.25.4.1）を一般リリースいたしました。
Creative Cloud デスクトップアプリケーションから、製品版のアップデートが可能となっておりますので、動作をお確かめください。
もし、修正されていないような場合は、コメントをお願いいたします。
今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

検証データのご提供ありがとうございました。
データを確認させていただきましたところ、こちらの UserVoice の元のバグである「テキストに丸型線端の線幅が追加されると、半角スペースに点が表示される」という現象とは異なるバグとなるようです。
添付データにて、異なるバージョンで文字の間に「ー」が出現する現象は確認できましたので、新規でバグとして登録をお願いできますでしょうか？
バグの進捗管理のためにご協力ください。

The symbols shown in the attached screenshot is "Hidden Characters", not a bug.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 26.x which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html

ご使用の Mac が M1 チップマシンの場合は、制限で「DXF、DWG のファイル形式はサポートされていません」のでご注意ください。
その場合は、Rosetta エミュレーションモードを使用して Illustrator を起動してください。

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 26.0.0 which is available worldwide now.

追加情報ありがとうございました。
トラップ設定を触らずに、パスファインダー「分割」を何度が実行するということで、やはり Ten_A さんのおっしゃるように、パスファインダー実行時の演算精度のようです。
パスファインダーオプションの「精度」の設定値の違いで、添付のスクリーンショット（64000％ズーム）のように誤差が異なります。
更に、分割を繰り返すことで、パスの演算結果も変わり続けますので、結果として、オリジナルの曲線との誤差が大きくなります。
「精度」の設定値は「0」にできませんので、こちらの現象は仕様制限となりますので
ご了承ください。
こちらのレポートは、解決済みとさせていただきます。
