    It seems like this problem happens only for Mac Sonoma users...

    Downgrading to a previous version of MacOS seems to be a viable workaround at the moment.

    This is not a proposed solution though.

    totally agree - weird, annoying, and happening more & more ... thought I was the only one initially, a while back - just searched again today ... thanks James
