   The team believes it’s fixed in the latest 30.8.0.72.

   I believe the button is still in the panel (sadly), but the behavior is less insane. Kindly check it.

   Oh PLEASE get rid of this button! Not only does a rollover popup a window that covers useful tools, but every time you select an object, it appears and shifts every window below it downward.
