Raghuveer - I am not aware of the Digital Guardian app on my system and found none doing a search. We do use a Kaspersky security app but that cannot be disabled because this is a computer supplied by my company. It is fully updated though.

I have the dump file, but it is 319 MB, which I assume I cannot email. Can I send a download link? How do I share the web server link? I would like to get this solved as this is preventing me from using Illustrator! Please help.

I am also having this problem. On the latest CC version of Illustrator on Windows 7 and I literally can not hit "CTRL-C" without it crashing every time. Even if I drag to another program or hit copy from the menu bar.. crashes every time. How can you work if you can not copy anything??

Hi Raghuveer. I'm not sure what a connect session is? I am on a work computer with tight security so I do not believe it will be allowed.
