Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

We do use a Kaspersky security app but that cannot be disabled because this is a computer supplied by my company. It is fully updated though.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kirsten commentedThank you Raghuveer! I have just emailed ShareWithAI@adobe.com my dump file. I am not using any clipboard utility. Please let me know if there is anything else you need.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kirsten commentedI have the dump file, but it is 319 MB, which I assume I cannot email. Can I send a download link? How do I share the web server link? I would like to get this solved as this is preventing me from using Illustrator! Please help.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kirsten commentedI am also having this problem. On the latest CC version of Illustrator on Windows 7 and I literally can not hit "CTRL-C" without it crashing every time. Even if I drag to another program or hit copy from the menu bar.. crashes every time. How can you work if you can not copy anything??

Hi Raghuveer. I'm not sure what a connect session is? I am on a work computer with tight security so I do not believe it will be allowed.
