    The team again asks for help with this issue, since there are not specific steps they can try to reproduce it — the nature of the bug is random.


    If you are a Windows user, the next time you spot a missing or a duplicated number in Artboards panel, please follow these instructions below.


    1. Open Task Manager

    2. In Details tab, locate 'Illustrator.exe'

    3. Right click it and choose 'Create dump file'

    4. Wait until the dumping process is complete and click 'Open file location' button

    5. Find 'Illustrator.dmp' (sorting files by date helps) and compress it with any archiving utility

    6. Upload the archive to a file hosting service of your choice and sent the link for download to sharewithai@adobe.com. Please use the subject 'Artboards numbering bug dump'

    Is there not even a work around? I just set up 3 files with 100 artboards I need to export as jpgs to get them into production tonight! WTF am I supposed to do???

    I even deleted all the artboards and converted new ones and it garbled them all up the same.

    I have a file with many artboards for some reason, on the numbering, which illustrator does and I don't seem to be able to correct, it skips some artboard numbers and duplicates others. This idiotic error prevents all of the dartboards from exporting. For example in the attached image the file has 27 artboards and no matter if I select export all artboards or artboards 1-27 it only exports 20 files. I cannot believe this issue has not been corrected already years ago.

    On another note, why do I have to set up a whole new account just to report a bug when I already have an adobe account??? What a waste of time! Oh and now your server is having a piece of **** error and won't set up my new account. What a load of BS this whole buggy bub forum is.
