    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply and for looking into this issue. Please find my responses below:

    Version: Illustrator 29.6.1 (64-bit) on Windows.

    When it started: The issue started a couple of months ago. I’ve already consulted with several Adobe customer service representatives and had a few remote support sessions, but unfortunately, none of the suggested solutions have resolved it.

    Third-party plugins: I do not use any third-party plugins or extensions.

    When it occurs: The issue happens only when I try to close the application. It does not matter whether I have files open or if Illustrator is open without any files — whenever I attempt to close the app, it freezes and becomes unresponsive for 5–10 seconds before finally shutting down. Sometimes, it may extend to 30 seconds - 1 mins....

    Please let me know if there’s any additional information or logs I can provide to help further.
