    外野から失礼します。
    私も同じ状況で色々検証したところ、図形でもグループ化されたものに対して同様のオフセット効果をつけた場合、拡大および縮小で意図しない比率に変わってしまいます。
    最悪なのはcommand+Zで戻っても大きくなった比率を維持してしまう点です。
    拡大して戻る、もう一度拡大して戻る・・・を繰り返すとどんどん太くなります。（縮小だとどんどん細くなる）

    この状態だと私の仕事内容では使い物にならないのでバージョンを29.5.1に落として使用しています。
    アップデートがあるたびに期待してアップデート→バグが直ってなくて元に戻すということを繰り返しています。
