Hi,
We weren't able to reproduce this issue on our end, so we'd like to gather a few more details to help us investigate further:
1. Wacom/tablet driver version- Could you share the exact driver version you're currently using?
2. Did this issue appear immediately after upgrading to a specific Illustrator version?
3. Illustrator version currently installed?

Hi,
1. The driver I am currently using is: 4.0.14(7dbe9b0) I made a screenshot and let AI translate it.
(I was thinking about testing some older drivers, if available, as soon as I have time, to see if that changes anything.)
2. This is really hard to tell, as I stuck with version 28.x for quite a long time (I believe there were issues with the Smooth Tool in newer versions at that time). I found inconsistent lines in files from August 2025, but I’m sorry - I can’t remember exactly when I updated Illustrator.
3. I currently have both versions installed for testing: the newest one (30.3) and 29.2 (which is the one that works for me at the moment).
