    This is happening again in the new version. I don't even shut the program and it will randomly uncheck the "Scale Strokes and Effects" when I reopen or make new documents. I have to keep opening preferences and checking the "Scale Strokes and Effects."

  2. MAJOR ISSUE: The new update does not let you decouple horizontal and vertical sizes!!

    I have constrain proportions unchecked and when I try to change the width or height of a shape, it continues to constrain proportions even though it is unchecked in the transform box.
