The font team confirmed Illustrator is using the space glyph instead of the Unicode glyph (U+2009). Logged and will be fixed.

That are good news, Igor, thank you. And does the font team respond to my suggestion to expand the space characters menu to include Sixth, Eighth, Quarter, Third?

Egor, i mean by width, visually.
In the meantime, I've noticed that, of the space characters available in Adobe Illustrator, only the eighth-quarter has varying widths (see attached file).

Since the advent of digital technology, the designations 1/3, 1/8, 1/24 … have become established. In any case, it would be good if the range of different spaces and their designations were the same in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
