    This issue is still occurring in Illustrator 30.8.2. Changing Effect > Document Raster Effects Settings does not update existing live raster effects, including Outer Glow, Gaussian Blur, and Drop Shadow.
    Each effect only adopts the correct resolution after I toggle its visibility off and on in the Appearance panel.
    This disrupts our print-production workflow because the document’s global PPI setting cannot be trusted to reflect the actual resolution of all effects. Manually refreshing every effect is time-consuming and creates a risk of low-resolution output.
    Adobe confirmed this issue in February. Please provide an update on the fix and a reliable way to refresh all affected effects at once.
